Abstract

An organic electro-luminescent (OEL) device and method of manufacturing the same. The OEL device at least consists of a anode, an organic functional layer, and a co-evaporation cathode layer. The organic functional layer is on the anode, and the co-evaporation cathode layer is on the organic functional layer. The co-evaporation cathode layer comprises a metal layer and a MTiO3 layer. Because the co-evaporation cathode layer is formed by utilizing metal and metal oxide in the co-evaporation process so as to make a co-evaporation conductive layer, it can enhance the adhesion between the co-evaporation cathode layer and the organic functional layer, increase conductivity of cathode, improve protection to cathode, and have higher refractive index to increase the light outcoupling of the OEL device at the same time.
