爲了防止泥水等飛濺到引擎側,日本專利第2788471 號公報所揭示之速克達型機車係用大型的底盤外殼來遮蓋 全體置腳板的下面。 〔發明所欲解決之課題〕 但是,以上述先前的方式採用大型的底盤外殻則會導 致零件成本的增加。 本發明係有鑑於上述的問題點而創見,其目的爲提供 一種可達成零件成本的減少,並且防止泥水等飛濺到引擎 側之速克達型機車。 【發明內容】 〔用以解決課題之手段〕 爲了達成上述目的,本發明的申請專利範圍第i項是 -6 - (2) (2)200404695 針對遮蓋在前端具備有可自由轉向地支承方向把手的頭管 之車體骨架的車體外殼上,裝設有被配置在前述車體骨架 上所搭載之引擎的上方之騎乘者乘坐用的座墊,並且能讓 騎乘者的雙腳擺放之置腳板配置在前述方向把手與前述座 墊之間所形成的速克達型機車,其特徵爲:前述車體骨架 係具備有通過前述置腳板的下方之底盤骨架部,在該底盤 骨架部的後端裝設有防止泥水等飛濺到前述引擎側之土除 構件。 依據此構成,因在底盤骨架部的後端裝設有土除構件 ,所以比採用大型的底盤外殼之先前的土除構件更能減少 零件成本,並且能防止泥水等飛濺到引擎側。 而且本發明的申請專利範圍第2項,係除了上述申請 專利範圍第1項所記載之發明的構成以外,前述車體骨架 係由具備有朝該車體骨架的左右方向延伸而被固定裝著於 前述底盤骨架部的後端之橫向管,來讓前述土除構件至少 以從前方遮蓋該橫向管的方式所形成,依據此構成,幾乎 含括車體骨架的左右方向之全體都能防止泥水飛濺到引擎 側。 本發明的申請專利範圍第3項,係除了上述申請專利 範圍第1或2項所記載之發明的構成以外,至少在前述土 除構件的前面之下部,形成有向前上傾斜之傾斜面,依據 此構成,藉由將飛濺到土除構件的泥水等導引向土除構件 的後下方,而能更確實地防止泥水等飛濺到引擎側。 本發明的申請專利範圍第4項,係除了上述申請專利 -7- (3) (3)200404695 範圍第1〜3項之任一項所記載之發明的構成以外,在前述 置腳板裝設有收納蓄電池之蓄電池收納箱’在該蓄電池收 納箱的後壁裝設有引進到蓄電池收納箱內之配線用的開口 部,讓從後方側遮蓋該開口部之遮蔽壁一體地形成在前述 土除構件,依據此構成,因用土除構件的遮蔽壁來遮蓋蓄 電池收納箱所具備之配線用的開口部,所以不用裝設專用 的零件仍能防止泥水等侵入到蓄電池收納箱內。 本發明的申請專利範圍第6項,除了上述申請專利範 圍第2項所記載之發明的構成以外,前述土除構件係以遮 蓋前述橫向管的兩端開口部之方式所形成,依據此構成, 不須要對封閉橫向管之兩端進行加工,而能減少加工工時 〇 而且本發明的申請專利範圍第7項,除了上述申請專 利範圍第1項的所記載之發明的構成以外,線束及電纜線 類的支承部被一體地形成在由合成樹脂所構成之前述土除 構件上,依據此構成,能用土除構件來支承被配置在土除 構件的鄰近之線束及電纜線類,不須要用來支承線束及電 纜線類之專用的零件,可助於減少零件之件數。 【實施方式】 以下,根據添附之圖所示之本發明的實施例說明本發 明的實施形態。
