Abstract

Mevcut buluş, periton diyalizine yönelik amaçlanan glukoz polimeri preparatına yönelik bir hammadde olarak kullanılan nişastaların dekontaminasyonuna yönelik bir yöntem ile ilgilidir, yöntem, aşağıdaki adımları içerir: - bir Waxy mısır nişastasının hazırlanması, - yaklaşık 5 ile yaklaşık 6 arasında bulunan, özellikle yaklaşık 5,5 olan bir pH değerinde bir proses suyu içinde kuru maddenin %20'si ile 40'ı arasında bulunan bir konsantrasyonda Waxy nişastasının süspanse edilmesi, - 100 ile 500 ppm arasında bulunan, tercih edildiği üzere 300 ppm'e sahip bir konsantrasyonda bir perasetik asit solüsyonu yoluyla nişasta süspansiyonunun muamele edilmesi, - nişastanın suyunun giderilmesi akabinde yaklaşık 5 ile yaklaşık 6 arasında bulunan, özellikle yaklaşık 5,5 olan bir pH değerine ve kuru maddenin %20'si ile 40'ı arasında bulunan bir konsantrasyona ayarlanan demineralize su içinde çözündürülmesi, - 107°C'ye sıcaklığın yükseltilmesi, akabinde 15 dakika boyunca bir &#945#&-amilazın eklenmesi, - isteğe bağlı olarak, deterjan ve arındırma özelliklerine sahip bir enzimatik preparat yoluyla muamele edilmesi, - iki atomlu bir yatak üzerinde süspansiyonun filtrelenmesi, - oldukça yüksek adsorpsiyon kapasitesine, farmasötik kaliteye ve « mikrogözenekli » porozitesine sahip bir aktif karbon yoluyla muamele edilmesi, - « mezogözenekli » poroziteye sahip bir ikinci aktif karbon yoluyla muamele edilmesi, - isteğe bağlı olarak, 100 angstrom'dan fazla bir poroziteye sahip, makrogözenekli bir adsorban polimer reçineye geçirilmesi, - isteğe bağlı olarak, 5000 Da'da sürekli ultrafiltrasyonun gerçekleştirilmesi, - 0,22 µm'lik poroziteye sahip bir steril filtre üzerinde güvenlik filtrasyonunun gerçekleştirilmesidir.
