Abstract
Bir araç lastiği üzerindeki dişi değerlendirmek, lastik basıncını ölçmek ve araç ağırlığı gibi diğer parametreleri hesaplamak için bir yöntem ve cihazdır. Araç, uzunlamasına bir yönde sürülür, böylece lastik, lastiğin taban alanı boyunca uzanan bir birinci yanal sensörün (6) üzerinden geçer; birinci sensör, lastiğin taban alanı boyunca noktalarda lastik basıncının göstergesi olan çıktıları sağlayan bir dizi bireysel kuvvet algılama elemanı (11) içerir. Lastiğin tüm taban alanı ile ilgili verileri oluşturmak için, algılama elemanları lastik üzerinde hareket ettikçe aralıklarla örneklenir. Algılama elemanları, lastik taban alanı içindeki lastiğin içine oyulmuş kesimin olduğu alanları algılamak için göreceli olarak yüksek çözünürlüktedir, böylece diş kapsamı değerlendirilebilir. Aynı zamanda lastik basıncı da belirlenir. Lastik daha sonra lastiği çevresi etrafında değerlendirmek için aralıklarla bir dizi ikinci yanal sensörden (7) geçer. İkinci yanal sensörler, çıktıların birbirleriyle karşılaştırıldığı ve yüksek çözünürlüklü sensöre bitişik düşük çözünürlüklü bir sensöre (T) sahip oldukları ve lastik çevresinde farklı konumlarda lastik diş kalitesinde bir fark olup olmadığını değerlendirmek için düşük çözünürlüklü olabilir. Lastik diş kısımlarına uzanan esnek kısımlarla en az bir yanal sensör sağlanabilir. Bunlar, temas alanını arttırmak ve yetersiz diş derinliğinin bir belirtisini sağlamak için önceden belirlenmiş bir minimum diş derinliğinin altında olan bir diş kısmının tabanına birleşecektir.
