Description

Tarifname Kok Dram Üniteleri Etek Saçi Üzerine Delik ve Kanal Açan Bir Makina Teknik Alan Bulus, kok kömür üretiminin yapildigi kok dram ünitelerinin etek saçlari üzerine yerinde müdahale ile talasli imalat prensibi dogrultusundan delme ve kanal açma islemi yapan bir makine ile ilgilidir. Önceki Teknik Rafinerilerde üretim sonucunda kalan atigin hammadde olarak kullanilarak, yüksek kapasiteli kok dram ünitelerinde isleme tabi tutulmaktadir. Kok kömürü imal edilen kok dram üniteleri büyük hacimli yapiya sahip olmalari ile birlikte dirençli ve yüksek mukavemetli malzemeler kullanilmaktadir. Kok dram üniteleri ekseriyet itibariyle dikey sekilde uzayan silindirik yapida ve zemine yakin kismi konik forma sahip ve sabitlenmesi etek sacina kaynatilarak yapilmaktadir. Kalin ve dirençli malzeme kullanilmasi sebebiyle dram ünitelerinin üretimi ve kurulumu da bir o kadar mesakkat içermektedir. Kok dram ünitesinin etek saci kaynaklari gerek kömür imalat asamasinda (Yaklasik 400 dereceye kadar isinabilmektedir.) gerekse iklim kosullarindan olusan sicaklik ve sogumalar sebebiyle kaynak bölgelerinden çatlayip kirilmalara sebep olmaktadir. Bu durum dram üniteleri için istenmeyen bir durumu teskil etmektedir. Çünkü bir dram ünitesinin maliyeti, kurulumu ve montaj asamalari yüksek maliyet içermektedir. Bu durum üreticiler için ekonomik anlamda yüksek maliyet olusturmaktadir. Hatta tesisin durmasi bu noktada istenilmeyen bir durumdur, tesisin durmasi veya ariza yapmasi üretici firma için ciddi ekonomik kayiplara sebep olmaktadir. Kok dram ünitelerinin etek saclarinda ki kaynak bölgelerinde çatlaklarin olusmasini engellemek için yeni üretim kok dram ünitelerinin etek saçlarinda delikler ve kanallar açilmaktadir. Ancak, hali hazirda kurulu tesislerde ki kok dram ünitelerinin etek saçlarinda ise delik ve kanallar olmadigi için kaynak çatlama problemi halen devam etmektedir. Ancak, böyle büyük bir yapinin üzerinde delik ve kanal isleminin yapilmasi ciddi emek ve mesakkat gerektirmektedir. Patent arastirma ve literatür taramasinda; kok dram ünitelerinin etek saçlarinda delik ve kanal açma ile ilgili yapilan patent arastirmasinda hiçbir veriye rastlanilmamistir. Bulusun Açiklanmasi Bulusun amaci, mevcut teknikte kullanilan kok dram ünitelerine uygulanan ve bu alanda yeni bir açilim getiren bir sistemin ortaya koyulmasidir. Bulusun bir amaci, hali hazirda kullanilan kok dram ünitelerinin etek saclarindaki kaynak bölgelerinde olusan çatlaklarin engellenmesi için dram ünitesinin etek saçina (Ayni prensipte yerinde islem yapilacak tüm tasarimlari kapsayacak sekilde) adapte edilerek delme ve kanal açma isleminin yapilmasidir. Bulusun en önemli amaci, kok dram ünitesi etek saçina yerinde müdahale ile talasli imalat prensipleri dogrultusundan delme ve kanal açma isleminin yapilmasidir. Bulusun diger amaci, kok dram ünitesi etek saçi üzerinde açilan delik ve kanallar ile ünitede olusan titresimler ve titresimlerin etkisi ile kaynak bölgesine (A4) ulasan titresimlerin engellenmesidir. Böylece dram ünitesinin ömrünün uzatilmasidir. Bulusun bir diger amaci, kok dram ünitesinin ömrünün uzatilmasi ile üretici firmanin üretim ve süreç maliyetlerinin minumum seviyeye düsürülmesidir. Sabitleme elemanlari (102) en az bir sabitleme koluna (102.1) sahip olup, magnet özelligi ile dram ünitesinin dis yüzeyine miknatis özelligi ile sabitlendirilmektedir. Bulusa konu olan delik/kanal açma makinesinin (100) kok dram ünitesi (A) etek saci (A3) üzerinde ilerletilmesini saglamak için kaydirma mekanizmasi (B) olusturulmus durumdadir. Bu kaydirma mekanizmasi (B); magnet sabitleyiciler (B1), ray (B2) ve baglanti elemani (BB) içermektedir. Magnet sabitleyiciler (B1) ile sistem askiya alinmaktadir. Coke drum units generally have a cylindrical structure that extends vertically and the part close to the ground has a conical form, and their fixing is done by welding it to the skirt sheet. Due to the use of thick and resistant materials, the production and installation of drum units is equally difficult. The skirt plate welds of the coke drum unit cause cracking and breakage in the welding areas due to both the coal production phase (it can heat up to approximately 400 degrees) and the heat and cooling caused by the climatic conditions. This situation constitutes an undesirable situation for drum units. Because the cost of a drum unit, its installation and assembly stages are high. This situation creates high economic costs for producers. In fact, stopping the plant is an undesirable situation at this point; stopping or malfunctioning of the plant causes serious economic losses for the manufacturer. In order to prevent cracks from forming in the welding areas on the skirt plates of the coke drum units, holes and channels are opened in the skirt plates of the new production coke drum units. However, since there are no holes and channels in the skirt plates of the coke drum units in currently established facilities, the problem of weld cracking still continues. In order to increase the lifespan of the coke drum units currently operating as established facilities, holes and channels must be opened in the skirt plates. However, drilling holes and channels on such a large structure requires serious effort and effort. In patent research and literature review; No data was found in the patent search regarding opening holes and channels in the skirts of coke drum units. Disclosure of the Invention The purpose of the invention is to introduce a system that is applied to the root drum units used in the current technique and brings a new breakthrough in this field. One purpose of the invention is to perform the drilling and grooving process by adapting it to the skirt sheet of the drum unit (covering all designs that will be processed on-site with the same principle) in order to prevent cracks occurring in the welding areas on the skirt sheets of the currently used coke drum units. The most important purpose of the invention is to carry out drilling and grooving operations in line with machining principles, with on-site intervention in the skirt sheet of the coke drum unit. Another purpose of the invention is to prevent the vibrations occurring in the unit and the vibrations reaching the welding area (A4) due to the effects of the vibrations, with the holes and channels opened on the skirt sheet of the root drum unit. Thus, the life of the drum unit is extended. Another purpose of the invention is to reduce the production and process costs of the manufacturing company to a minimum level by extending the life of the coke drum unit. Thus, increasing profitability. Another important purpose of the invention is that, thanks to a machine that performs drilling and grooving operations in line with machining principles, production can be stopped only in the unit where the process is carried out. Thus, the process of opening holes and channels is carried out while the facility is operating. Another purpose of the invention is to open holes and channels without damaging the material structure of the root drum unit skirt sheet and without creating hairline cracks. The magnetic fastening elements (102) in question, the drills (103.1) that perform drilling on the vertical axis, and the slotting saw (104) that performs straight cutting between the two holes opened by the drills (103.1) that perform this drilling operation, are integrated into the system. However, cutting, drilling, channel and radius opening operations can be carried out with a single cutter head without the need for three independent drill and saw elements, and the process can be carried out under computer control with PLC software (X, Y and Z axes can move simultaneously and independently. ). It is desired to perform cutting and drilling on the skirt sheet (A3) in one go and at the same time. For this reason, three independent cutting and drilling units are integrated into the system. If desired, this process can also be done independently (drill and grooving saw). This cutting unit (103) can preferably be one, but it is possible to have multiple numbers. The cutting unit (103) includes perforating drills (103.1) and a grooving saw (104). However, it is possible to open holes and channels with a single cutting unit (103) without the need to use the channel opening saw (104). It is of great importance at this point that the fixing elements (102) have magnetic features. Because the coke drum unit (A) contains a large volume structure, it is of great importance to have a system that allows fast and practical fixing on this large structure. The magnet feature fully meets the need here. The magnet system is activated and deactivated by the movement of the fixing arms (102.1). In an area where the working environment is difficult, fixing is provided easily and quickly with the magnet system. After the holes and channels (A2) are drilled on the same axis, a channel must be opened in the two hole axes. This channel is opened with a channel opening saw (104). A rail/slide mechanism (109) is formed on the main body (101) to ensure the linear movement of the grooving saw (104) in the X and X' directions. At the same time, linear movement can be achieved with the moving plate. For the linear movement of the said grooving saw (104) and drilling drills (103.1), a lever mechanism (110) that provides drive with an automatic or manual mechanism is used. However, it is possible to produce the desired movement with an automatic drive system without using the manual arm mechanism (110). This part is a very important element that provides the referencing effect. The lower guide (105) has the same radius as the outer radius of the skirt sheet of the drum unit. Along with the said fixing elements (102), centering shafts (108) that also provide a reinforcement connection effect are included in the system. After the drilling process of the perforator drills (103.1) used in the system is completed, folding beds (103.2) with hinged (106) features that provide a working area for the grooving saw (104) have been created. Folding beds (103.2) are folded thanks to the hinge (106) and the desired working area is provided. However, it is possible to adjust the working distance by making linear movement in the X, X', Y and Y' axes of the drills (103.1) without the need for a hinged (106) folding structure.
