Abstract
Platin iyon çözeltisi, su, iyonik olmayan yüzey aktif madde, pH dengeleyici madde ve indirgeyici madde kullanılarak, platin iyonlarını indirgeyerek, platin kolloiti üretme yöntemi ile ilgili olup, platin iyon çözeltisi % 20 w/v yoğunlukta platin içerir. İyonik olmayan yüzey aktif madde polisorbat 80, pH dengeleyici madde alkali metal tuzu olup, indirgen madde düşük moleküler alkoldür. Bir hacim platin iyon çözeltisine karşılık 600-660 kat su, 0.20-0.30 kat iyonik olmayan yüzey aktif madde, 10 - 30 kat, %5w/v su çözeltisi olan pH dengeleyici madde ve 27 - 37 kat indirgen madde kullanılır ve yukarıda belirtilen yöntemle üretilen platin kolloiti temin edilir.
