Abstract
Göz içi lenslerinin tasarımında, tasarım işini basitleştiren ve tasarlanan göz içi lens bir hastanın gözüne yerleştirildiğinde göz yuvarının tamamının aberasyonunun, bir hedef değere daha hassas bir şekilde eşleşmesini sağlayan bir teknik burada sağlanmaktadır. Bu göz içi lens tasarım yöntemi, bir göz içi lens aberasyon hedef değerinin, kornea ve ön odanın aberasyonundan ve toplam göz yuvarı aberasyonunun ayarlanmış bir değerinden elde edilmesini (S102), ve göz içi lensin en azından aberasyonunun hedef değere denk geleceği şekilde göz içi lensinin şeklinin belirlenmesini (S103-S107) içermektedir. Göz içi lens aberasyonu, belirtilen yakınsak ışığın göz içi lense özgü olduğu bir göz içi lens aberasyonuna ayarlanmaktadır (S104).
