Abstract

Sunulanlar: mükemmel aşınma direncine sahip bir soğuk iş takımı ve soğuk iş takımını üretmek için bir yöntem. Söndürme yoluyla bir martensit yapı olarak hazırlanabilen bir içerik bileşimine sahip ve bir martensit yapıya sahip bir soğuk iş takımı olup, burada soğuk iş takımının sertliği 58 HRC veya üstüdür, soğuk iş takımının kesitsel yapısında 5 µm veya üstü çapa eşdeğer bir daireye sahip bir karbürün alan oranı %4,0 alan veya üstüdür ve soğuk iş takımının yapısında katı çözelti formunda bulunan karbon miktarının kütle oranının tüm soğuk iş takımındaki karbon miktarının kütle oranına oranı ile ifade edilen karbon katı çözelti kısmı %75,0 veya üstüdür. Soğuk iş takımı üretiminde kullanılan, yukarıda belirtilmiş soğuk iş takımını üretmeye uygun bir yöntem.
