Abstract

Tornavidalar yönelik bir test tezgâhı, test edilecek bir tornavida için bir bağlantı (12) ile donatılan bir hidrolik fren ünitesi (11) ve açı ve tork ölçüm dönüştürücüleri (15) içermektedir. Fren ünitesi (11), dönüş açısına ve/veya ölçülen torka bağlı olarak frenleme eğrilerini takip etmek amacıyla bir kontrol ünitesinden (26) bir elektrovalf kontrol sinyalini (22) alan bir PID kontrol biriminin (19) kontrolü altında orantılı bir elektrovalf (16) ile donatılmaktadır. Tezgâh, farklı kontrol özelliklerine sahip olmak amacıyla kontrol ünitesi (26) tarafından seçilebilen PID kontrol birimine (19) yönelik farklı parametreler dizisini depolamaya yönelik bir bellek (21) içermektedir. Tezgâhı kontrol etmeye yönelik bir yöntem ayrıca açıklanmaktadır.
