Abstract
Taban (2), bir zemin plakası (3) üzerinde düzenlenen bir kaideye (4) ve bu kaideyi bir halka şeklinde çevreleyen, su baskınına maruz bırakılabilen bir yüzer gövdeye (5) sahiptir, burada, taban, içi oyuk bir odacığın su baskınına maruz bırakılması vasıtasıyla batırılmaktadır. Kaide, tabanın batmış konumunda su yüzeyinden (12) dışarıya çıkıntı yapmaktadır, burada, kaide üzerine, bir açık deniz tesisi yapısı monte edilmektedir. Yüzer gövde, halka segmenti formunda önceden üretilen parçalardan (19) meydana gelmektedir ve kaide çevresinde düzenlenen kapalı fıçı şeklindeki konteynerlerden oluşmaktadır. Zemin plakası üzerine, direkt olarak bir dış halka duvar monte edilmektedir. Aynı zamanda, bir açık deniz tesisinin yapılandırılmasına yönelik bir yönteme yönelik olarak bağımsız bir istem içerilmektedir.
