Abstract

Geliştirilmiş bir tutma ve aktivasyon özelliğine sahip olan, bir hasta için düşük iritasyon ve rahatsızlık veren güvenli bir cihaz olan bir idrar sondası sağlanmaktadır. Sondanın proksimal ucunda konumlandırılan tutma mekanizması, aktivasyon mekanizması vasıtasıyla tutma mekanizmasının mekanik olarak değiştirilmesi yoluyla sondanın üretral kanal içerisine sokulması ve çıkartılması için bir "kapalı" durum ve sonda mesane içerisindeyken "açık" durum alır. Tutma mekanizması ve aktivasyon mekanizması arasında bağlanan bir aktüasyon bağlantı teli, sondanın "açık" ve "kapalı" durumlar arasında geçişi için sondanın kanalında kontrol edilebilir bir biçimde ileri geri hareket eder.
