Abstract

Bu buluşla geliştirilen, içine konan 1 ila 4 kişilik kahve kanşımını pişiren bir otomatik Türk Kahvesi Makinesi ve yeni bir Türk Kahvesi Pişirme Yöntemidir. Bu cihaz, bir elektrikli ısıtıcıya, kanşımın sıcaklığını ölçen bir sıcaklık ölçüm tertibatına sahiptir. Sahip olduğu mikroişlemci devresi ve bu devrenin içerdiği yazılımın kontrolünde, kahve kanşımımn sıcaklığını kaynama noktasına doğru uygun hızda yaklaştırmakta ama kahveyi kaynatmamaktadır. Ölçerek aldığı sıcaklık bilgisine dayanarak, sıcaklığı kaynama noktasının birkaç °C altında uygun bir süre tutmakta ve kahvenin pişmesini sağlamaktadır. Karışıma aktarılan güç ve enerji de ölçülmekte, güç ayarlanabilmektedir. Güce kıyasla sıcaklık artış hızına bakılarak kanşımın miktarı hesaplanabilmektedir. Sıcaklık artış hızındaki anı azalmaya bakılarak kaynama noktasına yaklaşıldığı algılanmaktadır. The amount of the mixture can be calculated by looking at the rate of temperature rise compared to power. It is perceived that the boiling point is approached by looking at the momentary decrease in temperature increase rate. The cooking process is terminated when the total energy limit, which is proportional to the amount of the mixture, is exceeded and the user is warned by sound and light.
