Abstract

Uçları bir gerilim kontrolcüsü üzerinden demir başının destekleri içine geçen iki yaylı klips, bir yalıtıcı ray eki vasıtasıyla rayı traverse doğru bastırmak üzere klips altlığı üzerinde yer alan halkalara sahiptir. Yalıtıcı ray eki,orta kısmında bir çıkıntıya ve ray ayağının yan kenarı ile demir başının destekleri arasında yer alan dikey bir flanşa yer veren L şeklinde bir çubuktur. Demir başı tabanının iç duvarı, demir başı desteklerinin dikey yüzeylerinin bir uzantısı olarakyalıtıcı ray eki ile temas alanında düzdür. Demirbaşı tabanının dış duvarı kalıp incelticilere sahiptir, yan duvarları düzdür ve duvarları köşelerdebir yarıçap boyunca birleştirilmektedir.
