Abstract
Metal tabakaların, en azından çinko iyonları ve fosfat iyonları ihtiva eden asitli sulu çözeltilerden elektrolitik ayrılma aracılığı ile aynı zamandadoğru akım kullanılması sureti ile fosfatlanması için bir yöntem sunulmaktadır. Fosfatlama tabakasının ayrılması ile eş zamanlı olarak aynı elektrolit içerisinde çinkodan elektrolitik bir ayrılma meydana gelir. Akım burada > A/dm² aralığında bulunur.A method for phosphating metal sheets from acidic aqueous solutions containing at least zinc ions and phosphate ions is provided by simultaneous use of direct current by means of electrolytic separation. Simultaneously with the separation of the phosphating layer, an electrolytic separation from the zinc occurs in the same electrolyte. The current is here in the range > A/dm².
