A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fosfatação de camadas metálicas por depósito eletrolítico de soluções aquosas, ácidas, que contêm pelo menos íons de zinco e íons de fosfato, sob uso simultâneo de corrente contínua. Simultaneamente com o depósito da camada de fosfatação, ocorre um depósito eletrolítico de zinco no mesmo eletrólito. A densidade de corrente, nesse caso, está situada na faixa de <242> A/dm¬ 2¬."ELECTROLYTIC PROCESS FOR PHOSPHATING OF METALLIC SURFACES AND METALLIC LAYER Phosphated with the same". The present invention relates to a process for phosphating metal layers by electrolytic deposition of aqueous, acidic solutions containing at least zinc and phosphate ions under simultaneous use of direct current.
