Abstract
"PROCESSO ELETROLìTICO PARA FOSFATAçãO DE SUPERFìCIES METáLICAS E CAMADA METáLICA FOSFATADA COM O MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para fosfatação de camadas metálicas por depósito eletrolítico de soluções aquosas, ácidas, que contêm pelo menos íons de zinco e íons de fosfato, sob uso simultâneo de corrente contínua. Simultaneamente com o depósito da camada de fosfatação, ocorre um depósito eletrolítico de zinco no mesmo eletrólito. A densidade de corrente, nesse caso, está situada na faixa de <242> A/dm¬ 2¬."ELECTROLYTIC PROCESS FOR PHOSPHATING OF METALLIC SURFACES AND METALLIC LAYER Phosphated with the same". The present invention relates to a process for phosphating metal layers by electrolytic deposition of aqueous, acidic solutions containing at least zinc and phosphate ions under simultaneous use of direct current. Simultaneously with the deposition of the phosphate layer, an electrolytic zinc deposit occurs on the same electrolyte. The current density in this case is in the range of <242> A / dm¬ 2¬.
