Mevcut bulus, istenen video dizilerinin ve özellikle müzik video kliplerinin uydu üzerinden dagitilmasi ile ilgilidir. Istenen, profesyonel kaliteye sahip video dizilerinin tek, yetkili alicilara, nakil yolundaki düsük yük ve dolayisiyla düsük masrafla güvenli olarak dagitilmasinin sadelikle gerçeklestirilmesi için, söz konusu bilgisayar (1) bir aliciya özel kimlik (4) ile temin edilir ve video dizileri (5) uydu alicisina (13) bir paket-degistirmeli veri servisi içerisinde dagitilir ve bilgisayarin (1), bellek birimi (14) içerisinde saklanir ve bilgisayar (1), bir video dizisini (5) temsil eden MPEG-2 dosyasinin bir video sinyaline (18) gerçek zamanli olarak dekode edilmesi için bir MPEG-2 dekoderi (15) içerir ve islemin kolaylikla icra edilmesi için gerçek zamanli sifre çözme islemi, sadece video-servis saglayicisina özel oynatim yazilimi (16) ile basarili olacaktir ve MPEG-2 dosyasinin gerçek zamanli olarak dekode edilmesi, sifresiz video dizileri (5) saklanmak zorunda kalmaksizin
