Abstract

Iki sabitleme noktasi arasinda sabitlenmis bir ön-stres yüklenmis çubugunun F1 artik gerilmesinin in sitü ölçülmesi amaciyla, çubugun iki ucu arasinda bir ultrasonik dalganin iki-yollu ilerleme süresi T1 ölçülmekte ve F1, F1 = F0 + kb . (T1-T0) formülü ile degerlendirilmektedir.Sökmeden gerçeklestirilen bir ön kalibrasyon esnasinda, çubuk bir degisken F çekme kuvvetine tabi tutulmaktadir. Her deger için, çubugun iki ucu arasindaki bir ultrasonik dalganin T iki-yollu ilerleme süresi ölçülmekte, F kuvvetini T zamani ile birlestiren bir egri (C) kaydedilmekte, ve T0 sabiti F=0 için ölçülen iki-yollu ilerleme süresi olarak saptanmaktadir, egriye, ka egimi olan bir birinci düz dogru (D1) ile F=0 degerinin yakininda yakinsanmaktadir, egrinin bir üst bölümüne kL egimli bir ikinci düz dogru (D2) ile yakinsanmaktadir, F0 sabiti birinci ve ikinci düz dogrularin kesisme noktasina karsi gelen F çekme kuvveti olarak saptanmaktadir, ve kb sabiti 1/kb = (1/kl)-(1/ka) iliskisine göre saptanmaktadir:
