Bir dozaj türü hazirlanmasinin yöntemi ile ilgili olan bulus içindeki yöntem su sekilde gerçeklestirilir; asgari bir tane; tasiyici sivi içinde olan ve sivi içinde çözülmeyen ya da ihtiyatli bir sekilde çözülen 25 C isida kati halde olan ve ortalama parçacik ebadi 10 mikrondan küçük olan müessir madde ve tasiyici sivi için gerekli olan bir kurutucu madde; bir süspansiyon konsantresi olarak karistirilir; kurutucu madde süspansiyon konsantresi içindeki tasiyici sivinin asgari bir kismini alarak müessir maddeyi asgari olarak kismen kurutur ve bu sekilde müessir madde ve kurutucu maddeden olusan bir karisim elde edilir; ve bu karisim bölünmez ve asgari bir tane olan dozaj halinde sikistirilir.
