Abstract
Içindeki yüklenmis gruplarin en az bir radyonüklid ile karismis oldugu bir örnekten (9) yüklenmis gruplarin çikartilmasi için bir elektrokinetik sistem (10) ve yöntem saglanmistir. Cihaz, bir anot (12) içeren bir anot bölmesi (11) bir katot(16) içeren bir katot bölmesi (15) ve, örnegin (9) dahil edilmesi için anot ve katot bölmeleriyle (11,15) akiskan iletisim içinde olan bir islem bölgesi (19) içerir. Anot ve katot bölmeleriyle (11,15) islem bölgesi (19), anot (12) ile katot (16) arasina uygulanan bir voltaj düsmesinin, islem bölgesinde (19), örnekten (9) içeren bir elektrik akimina neden olacagi sekilde düzenlenmistir. Akim örnekteki (9) pozitif yüklü gruplarin katota (16) dogru, negatif yüklü gruplarin ise anota (12) dogru gitmesine neden olur. Asidite ve bazisitenini takip ve kontrolü ve ayarlanmasi için bir pH denetleyicisi saglanmistir.
