Abstract

Bir kabin boyun bitiminin sivi sizdirmaz bir tarzda kapatilmasi için kabin yükseltilmis boyun bitimi tarafindan vidali bir sekilde alinmak üzere bir kapatma tapasi, bir ucunda halka seklinde bir flansa ve buna zit tarafta dis disleri olan bir kisma sahip bir kapatma tapasi gövdesini içerir; kapatma tapasi gövdesi, termoplastik bir malzemeden olusturulmustur. Polipropilen ilave edilmis bir EPDM esasindan olusan termoplastik bir elastomerden kaliplanan, halka seklindeki bir sizdirmazlik contasi, kapatma tapasinin gövdesine birlestirilir. Halka seklindeki sizdirmazlik contasi, sizdirmazlik contasi malzemesinin, kapatma tapasi gövdesinin malzemesiyle eritilerek birlestirilmesiyle veya çapraz baglanmasiyla moleküler bir seviyede kapatma tapasi gövdesine yekpare olarak birlestirilir.
