Abstract

L'invention concerne des dérivés imidazole qui sont des antagonistes du récepteur mGluR5, et qui sont représentés par la formule générale (I): dans laquelle R1, R2, R3 et R4 sont tels que définis dans le descriptif, un procédé permettant de produire ces dérivés, ainsi que des sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables servant à la préparation d'un médicament destiné au traitement ou à la prévention de troubles dans lesquels le récepteur mGluR5 intervient comme médiateur, tels que les troubles neurologiques aigus et/ou chroniques.
