Abstract

Claims (1)
1. วิธีการแยกแป้งออกจากรากที่มีแป้งอยู่ซึ่งประกอบด้วยขั้นตอนของ (ก) การทำให้รากทั้งรากเป็นชิ้นละเอียดโดยไม่ต้องปอก เปลือกออก (ข) การอัดส่วนของแข็งของรากทั้งรากที่ได้ทำให้เป็นชิ้น ละเอียดแล้วเพื่อแยกน้ำที่มีอยู่ตามธรรมช่าติออกจากวัสดุ เส้นใยของรากไปพร้อมกับแป้งของราก (ค) การแยกวัสดุเส้นใยออกจาน้ำที่ยังคงเหลืออยู่ในนั้น (ง) การแยกแป้งออกจากน้ำที่ได้ดังกล่าว และ (จ) การให้อย่างน้อยบางส่วนของน้ำที่เกือบจะปราศจากแป้ง กลับคืนสู่รากในระหว่างการทำให้เป็นผง ขั้นตอน (ก) ถึง (จ) ดังกล่าวกระทำโดยปแท็ก :
