1.กรรมวิธีในการเตรียม N-พิริมิดินิลคาร์บามิค แอซิดเอสเทอร์ สูตรI (สูตรเคมี) เมื่อ R เป็นหมู่แอลคิล ที่มีคาร์บอน 1 ถึง 4 อะตอม ซึ่งอาจถูก แทนที่ด้วยเฟนิล หรือ แอลคอกซี ที่มีคาร์บอน 1 ถึง 3 อะตอม ซึ่งคาร์บอนอย่างน้อยที่สุด 2 อะตอม อยู่ถัดจากออกซิเจนของ คาร์บามิค แอซิด เอสเทอร์ และเกลือของสารนี้ซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับ กับทางเภสัชวิทยา เตรียมได้โดยใช้สารประกอบสูตร II (สูตรเคมี) ทำปฏิกิริยากับ คลอโรฟอร์มิค แอซิด เอสเทอร์ สูตร III (สูตรเคมี) ซึ่ง R มีความหมายเช่นเดียวกับในกรณีของสูตร I จะมีตัวทำ แท็ก : สิทธิบัตรยา
