Claims (5)
1. กรรมวิธีในการเตรียมเกลือโมโนโซเดียม ของกรด 7-D-แมนเคแลมิโด-3-1(1-ซัลโฟเมธิลเททราโซล-5-อิล)ไธ โอเมธิล-3-เซเฟม4- คาร์บอกซิลิค,หรือ โซลเวทหรือไฮเดรทของ สารนี้ซึ่งประกอบด้วย (a) การนำสารละลายของน้ำเหลือไดโซเดียมของกรด7-D-แมนเคแลมิ โด-3-1(1-ซัลโฟเมธิลเททราโซล-5-อิล)ไธโอเมธิล-3-เซเฟม4- คาร์บอกซิลิค ไปทำปฏิกิริยากับแอซิติค แดไทออนเอซ์เซนจ์ เ ริซิน ,หรือ (b) การนำสารละลายนำของเกลือไดโซดียมของกรด 7-D-แมนเคแลมิ โด-3-1(1-ซัลโฟเมธิลเททราโซล-5-อิล)ไธโอเมธิล-3-เซเฟม4- คาร์บอกซิลิคไปทำปฏิกิริยากับกรดที่แก่กว่าฟังก์ชัน กรด 4-กรดคาร์บอกซิลิค ในสารตั้งต้น,หรือ (c) การไทเทรท กรด 7-D-แมนเคแลมิโด-3-1(1-ซัลโฟเมธิลเททรา โซล-5-อิล)ไธโอเมธิล-3-เซเฟม4- คาร์บอกซิลิคกับเบสที่ ประกอบด้วย โซเดียมชนิดที่เหมาะสมในปริมาณที่คำนวณไว้โดยสม มูล,หรือ (d) การนำเกลือโมโนโซเดียมของกรด7-D-แมนเคแลมิ โด-3-1(1-ซัลโฟเมธิลเททราโซล-5-อิล)ไธโอเมธิล-3-เซเฟม4- คาร์บอกซิลิค ซึ่งหมู่ไฮดรอกซิที่บนไซด์เซน(Sidechain) ใน ตำแหน่งที่ 7 นั้นได้ป้องกันไว้ด้วยหมู่ที่เหมาะสมและหมู่ ฟังก์ชันที่เป็นกรดคาร์บอกซิลิคในตำแหน่งที่ 4 นั้นจะอยู่ เป็นกรดเสรีนั้นไปทำปฏิกิริบากับกรดเจือจาง
