Abstract
ยาฆ่าสัตว์ หรือพืชที่รบกวน หรือทำลายที่อยู่ในรูปสารแขวนลอยเข้มข้นในน้ำซึ่งสามารถคงสภาพการกระจายตัวอย่างสม่ำเสมอไว้ได้เป็นระยะเวลานาน และเหมาะสมไม่เพียงแต่สำหรับการใช้ที่ความเข้มข้นปกติในการให้ยาภาคพื้นดินเท่านั้น แต่ยังเหมาะสมสำหรับการใช้ที่ความเข้มข้นสูงเช่นในการให้ยาทางอากาศอีกด้วย การให้ยาแบบ ULV การให้ยาแบบ LV หรือการให้ยาแบบ S (ฉีดสเปรย์ ฉีดพ่น) และสามารถใช้ผสมร่วมกับน้ำยาเข้มข้นอื่น ๆ ที่ทำให้เป็นอิมัลชั่นได้ แม้ในการใช้ที่ความเข้มข้นสูงก็ได้เนื่องจากว่ายาของการประดิษฐ์นี้มีส่วนผสมเป็นสารลดความตึงผิวที่เจาะจงตัวหนึ่งรวมทั้งโพลีแซคคาไรด์ที่เป็นตัวทำให้ข้นซึ่งละลายน้ำได้ผสมอยู่ด้วย
Claims (2)
1.ยาฆ่าสัตว์ หรือพืชที่รบกวน หรือทำลาย ที่คงสภาพอยู่ในรูปสารแขวนลอยเข้มข้นในน้ำ ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 50% โดยน้ำหนักหรือต่ำกว่านั้นของยาฆ่าสัตว์ หรือพืชที่รบกวนหรือทำลายหนึ่งหรือมากกว่าหนึ่งชนิดที่เป็นของแข็งที่อุณหภูมิปกติที่ละลายน้ำได้เพียงเล็กน้อย หรือไม่ละลายน้ำเลย และ 0.14 ถึง 5% โดยน้ำหนักของอัลคิลฟีนอล โพลีไกลคอล อีเธอร์ และ0.1 ถึง 5% โดยน้ำหนักของสารลดความตึงผิวประเภทนอน-ไอออนิคที่มีวงแหวนอะโรมาติกที่มีกลุ่มแทนที่เป็นอัลคิล หรือเอรัลคินิลเป็นกลุ่มาโอลิโอพิลิคอยู่ และเฮทเธอโรโพลี แซคคาไรด์ ซึ่งใช้เป็นตัวทำให้เนื้อยาข้นที่ละลายน้ำได้ โดยผสมอยู่ในปริมาณที่เพียงพอที่จะทำให้ส่วนผสมยาที่ผลิตขึ้น นี้มีค่าความยืดหยุ่น (ยีสต์ แวลู) 10 ไดน์/ซม.2 หรือมากกว่านี้ที่อุณหภูมิ 25 องศาเซลเซียส โดยที่ยาฆ่าสัตว์ หรือพืชที่รบกวน หรือทำลายที่เป็นสารแขวนลอยเข้มข้นในน้ำดังกล่าวในพื้นที่ สามารถนำไปใช้ผสมร่วมกับยาฆ่าสัตว์ หรือพืชที่รบกวน หรือทำลายอื่น ๆที่ทำให้เป็นอิมัลชันได้ต่าง ๆ ได้อีกด้วย
2. ยาฆ่าสัตว์ หรือพืชที่รบกวน หรือทำลาย ที่คงสภาพอยู่ในรูปสารแขวนลอยเข้มข้นในน้ำ ดังในข้อถือสิทธิข้อที่ 1 โดยที่สารลดความตึงผิวประเภทนอน-ไอออนิค ดังกล่าว ที่มีวงแหวนอะโรมาติดที่มีกลุ่มแทนที่เป็นอัลคิล หรือเอรัลคินิลเป็นกลุ่มโอลิโอฟิลิคอยู่นั้น เป็นสารอย่างน้อยที่สุดหนึ่งตัวที่คัดเลือกมาจากกลุ่มที่ประกอบด้วย ฟอร์มาลดีไฮด์ คอนเดนเซทของพวกอัลคิลฟีนอล โพลีไกลคอล อีเธอร์ และของพวกสไตริลฟีนอล โพลีไกลคอล อีเธอร์
