Abstract
สร้างไส้ถังกลิ้งชุบ (Barrel) สำหรับการกลิ้งชุบ (BarrelPlating) โดยวิธีการฉีดขึ้นรูป (Injection) ให้มีรูรูป เหลี่ยมทรงเทเปอร์ แผ่นรอบไส้ถังกลิ้งชุบต่อเป็นเหลี่ยม ต่าง ๆ ได้และสามารถที่จะเพิ่มความยาวได้ตามต้องการ แผ่น รอบไส้ถังกลิ้งสามารถดัดแปลง เป็นฝาปิดมีแผ่นปิดทับพร้อม ยึดติดด้วยสลักฝาถังกลิ้ง โดยที่รอยต่อของแผ่นฝาปิดและรอย ต่อของแผ่นปิดทับไม่ตรงกัน แผ่นหัวท้ายเป็นแบบหลาย ๆ ชิ้นประกอบกันขึ้นโดยมีซองรับตรง กลาง หรือการสร้างให้เป็นแผ่นยึดติดกับแผ่นไส้ถังกลิ้งด้วย แกนเพลา โดยที่รอยต่อของแผ่นหัวท้ายและรอยต่อของแผ่นรอบไส้ ถังกลิ้งไม่ตรงกัน

1.ไส้ถังกลิ้งชุบเคลือบผิว ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วย รูที่มีลักษณะ เหลี่ยมและเทเปอร์ ( TAPER) ชิ้นส่วนไส้ถังกลิ้งชุบเคลือบ ผิวดังกล่าวทั้งหมดสามารถถอดและประกอบขึ้นได้ โดยใช้ชิ้น ส่วนที่เหมือนกัน แผ่นรอบไส้ถังกลิ้งชุบประกอบเป็นเหลี่ยม ต่างๆ ได้ตามต้องการโดยการยึดต่อมุมกัน เพื่อเพิ่มหรือลด ความใหญ่ของไส้ถังกลิ้งชุบเคลือบผิวและสามารถเพิ่มความยาว โดยนำแผ่นรอบไส้ถังกลิ้งมาต่อกันแล้วยึดติดกังแผ่นหัวเฟือง และแผ่นท้าย แผ่นรองไส้ถังกลิ้งอันใดอันหนึ่งทำหน้าที่เป็นแผ่นฝาปิดได้ และมีที่เสียบสลักฝาถังกลิ้ง ใหแท็ก :
