1. วิธีการตรวจหาแอนติบอดี้ต่อเชื้อ P. insidiosum นอกกานในตัวอย่างจากมนุษย์หรือสัตว์ซึ่ง วิธีการประกอบรวมด้วย a. การทำให้ตัวอย่างสัมผัสกับโปรตีน A/G- โกลด์ คอนจูเกตในฐานะสารให้สัญญาณ โดยที่ ตัวอย่างที่มีแอนติบอดี้ต่อ P. insidiosum, แอนติบอดี้ต่อ P. insidiosum ดังกล่าวจะจับ อย่าจำเพราะกับโปรตีน A/G-โกลด์ คอนจูเกต; และ b. การทำให้ตัวอย่างที่ได้สัมผัสกับโปรตีน A/G-โกลด์ คอนจูเกตแล้วในขั้นตอน a. สัมผัส ต่อไปกับแอนติเจนของ Pแท็ก :
