Abstract
การประดิษฐ์นี้แสดงถึงวิธีการเลี้ยงจุลินทรีย์ชนิดใหม่คือสายพันธุ์ แอคติโนแมดูรา ยูมาเอนซี Nov. ซึ่งผลิตยาปฏิชีวนะต่อต้านบักเตรี และเชื้อ คอคซิเดีย สารดังกล่าวคือLL-C23024 (สูตร), LL-C23024 (สูตร) และ LL-C 23024 iota และได้แสดงวิธีการแยกสารดังกล่าว, ทำให้บริสุทธิ์ และวิธีการนำมาใช้ในการควบคุมการติดเชื้อโดยบักเตรี, เชื้อคอคธิเดีย รวมทั้งพยาธิ์ไส้เดือนตัวกลม
Claims (3)
1. กรรมวิธีในการเตรียมยาปฏิชีวนะ LL-C 23024 (สูตร)และ/หรือ iota ซี่งประกอบด้วยกรรมวิธีการหมักในที่ที่มีอากาศของเชื้อ แอคติโนแมดูรา ยูมาเอนซี sp.nov. หรือมิวแตนท์ของมัน ในอาหารเหลวที่มีแหล่งคาร์บอน, ไนโตรเจน และ เกลืออนินทรีย์จนกระทั่งได้ยาปฏิชีวนะเกิดขึ้นในของเหลวที่หมัก แล้วเก็บแยกยาปฏิชีวนะดังกล่าวออกจากของเหลวที่หมัก
2. กรรมวิธีเช่นเดียวกับในข้อถือสิทธิ 1 โดยให้อุณหภูมิที่ได้ในการหมักเป็น 25 - 35 ซ เป็นเวลา 24 - 150 ชั่วโมง
