The mixture for promoting and regulating the body's internal systems, as per claim 1, where the raw materials can be selected from: - Yin Yang Hak: using the dried stem - Chinese garlic: using the dried seeds - Fu Zi: using the dried bulb - Wu Wei Zi: using the dried fruit 3. The manufacturing process of the mixture for promoting and regulating the body's internal systems, as per claim 1, involves the following steps: A. Preparation: Preparing the raw materials. Using part or all of the raw materials in the form of fresh, dried, sun-dried, coarsely ground, finely ground, extract, or any part thereof, in a boiling pot. B.
