Description
МдО 0,3-4; NajO П-15,5; KjO 0,5-5,0:The invention relates to glasses pre-pumped for the manufacture of high-grade cookware by a mechanized method. Known glass for making high-quality utensils, including, wt.%: SiOj 69-72; 8-15; 2-9; CaO 4,, 0; BAO 1-5 VgOz 0.5-1.0; ABOE 0.5-2.5; AsjOs 0.10, 2 1 .. The disadvantage of it is its multicomponentity, the use of a complex bleach and its deficiency, the high cost of raw materials containing potassium, boron and zinc. They have unsatisfactory technological properties, namely, the temperatures of production are close to temperatures. the upper limit of crystallization, which makes it impossible to use the possibilities of glass-forming machines and to increase the specific rates of glass-smelting units. The closest to the technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed is glass, including wt.%: CaO 5-11 .. MDO 0.3-4; NajO P-15.5; KjO 0.5-5.0:

1(54) GLASS VaOz 0.1-2.0; BAO 0.6-7.0; COOH 0.05-1.0; SoaOz 0,0005-0,0003; AljOa 0.2-2.0; Fe2Oz 0.03-0.08; or Se 0.002-0.02; SlOa else 21. The disadvantage of this glass is the low specific glass mass removal rate (860–920 kg / m per day) and the long glass clarification time. The aim of the invention is to increase the glass mass removal rate and shorten the light time. The goal is achieved by the fact that glass, including SiQ ;, CaO, MgO, AljOi, BaO, NaaO, and, additionally contains SrO at the following ratio of components, wt.%: SiOj70.5-73.5 CU4.0-7.0 MgO0 , 1-2,0 Avoz1,0-2,5 BaO 2,, 0; NajO9.5-13.5 K, 00.1-3.0 SrO0-5.7 Synthesis of glasses is carried out both from the charge materials of the h, hch and chh brands, as well as technical materials in an electric furnace with carborundum heaters at temperatures not exceeding 1440 + 20 ° С. Glass production is carried out by the method of extrusion into a dart and casting on a cast iron plate. The clarification time of the glass melt is determined by the following method. To 50 g of glass welded and clarified in a platinum crucible, 10 g of the mixture is added. With a platinum loop, glass mass samples are taken, first 10 minutes before full sand penetration and then 2 minutes before full clarification. The condition of the samples is monitored with a microscope at a magnification of 25 times. The dp of calculating the required parameters under production conditions use correlation dependences between the time of clarification of the glass melt under laboratory conditions and the performance indicators of industrial furnaces. Specific compositions of glasses are presented in table. 1. 98 4 The properties of the glasses are given in table. 2. As follows from the table. 2, the temperature of production, the molding interval, the color and the transparency for all the glass compositions remain almost the same. The distinctive feature of composition 3 (optimal) in comparison with the known and compositions 1, 2, 4 and 5 at the same temperature, the glass melting tour is an increased specific removal of glass mass and improvement of glass cooking properties, as can be seen from the values of glass melt clarification time. These advantages of the proposed composition turned out to be possible due to the joint use of alkaline-earth components in it — oxides with calcium and magnesium with barium, taken in SrO / CaO 1.1 ratios, and MDO / baO 1. At such ratios of the components, effect of alkaline earth components. The advantages of the proposed glass composition make it possible to more efficiently use the existing design of bath furnaces, i.e., to produce a larger output of suitable products. According to preliminary calculations, the economic effect from the introduction of the proposed glass composition is approximately 90 thousand rubles. in year. Table 1
