The known composition of stone casting is characterized by the production of a material, the main crystalline phase of which is a pyroxene-based solid solution (augite and akmit), which does not provide sufficient resistance to abrasive wear. In addition, the low liquidity of the melt at the temperature of generation does not allow for the production of complex-shaped castings due to the impossibility of filling such elements of the mold with such a melt.
Целью изобретени вл етс повышение жидкотекучести расплава, а также износостойкости и температуры деформации изделий .The aim of the invention is to increase the fluidity of the melt, as well as the wear resistance and temperature of deformation of the products.
1.The invention is illustrated by the specific formulations given in tab. 1.
2Properties of the described compositions are given in table 2
В качестве сырь дл получени данных составив каменного лить используют отходы производства; шлаки хлоридной электроплавки золотосодержащих концентратов и бой хромомагнезитового кирпича,Making raw materials for obtaining data, stone casting uses production waste; slags of chloride electrofusion of gold-containing concentrates and the battle of chrome-magnesite brick,
The mixture is heated at 1300 ° C, the finished melt is produced in earth or metal forms in the usual way, adopted in the stone industry. Crystallization occurs during 15-60 minutes, depending on the thickness and configuration of the products.
The introduction of a complex additive AzaOz in the amount of 0.08-1.0 wt.% And ZOZ in the amount of 0.05-0.6 wt.% Together with Cg20z in the amount of 1.0-2.0 wt.% In petrurgical melts causes an increase catalytic effect and leads to a decrease (less than 10%) of the glass phase in the material.
The resulting composition in stone casting ensures the production of fine-grained olivine (crystal size 5-15 μm) dense uniformly crystallized material with a glass phase content of 58%. Chrome spinel and pyroxene are present in small quantities.
Повышение жидкотекучести расплава дает основание рекомендовать полученное каменное лить дл изготовлени сложнопрофильных отливок, примен ющихс дл защиты металлических изделий, работающих при повышенныхтемпературах от абразивного износа.;Increasing the fluidity of the melt suggests that the obtained stone casting is used for the manufacture of complex castings used to protect metal products operating at elevated temperatures from abrasive wear .;
