The disadvantages of the known trash are low ductility and crack resistance.
The aim of the invention is to improve ductility and crack resistance.
Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что в жущее, включающее ваграночный граншлак фракционного состава, мас.%: 0,06-0,07 мм-5-15,0,07-0,08 мм-70-80,0,08-0,095 мм 10-13,5 и 0,095-0,1 мм 1,5-5 щелочной компонент , портландцемент и кремнеземисто шлаковую добавку, содержит в качестве кремнеземисто-шлаковой добавки отработанную формовочную смесь и электросталеплавильный шлак окислительного процесса вторичного периода при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%:The goal is achieved by staying, including the cupola slag of fractional composition, wt.%: 0.06-0.07 mm-5-15.0.07 07.08 mm-70-80.0.08 08.0.095 mm 10-13.5 and 0.095-0.1 mm 1.5-5 alkaline component, portland cement and silica-slag additive, contains, as a silica-slag additive, spent molding sand and electric steel-smelting slag of the oxidation process of the secondary period in the following ratio of components, wt. .%:
60-77Fireplace slag 60-77

The lower limits in the grueling composition are due to the increase in viscosity of the cement paste, the upper limits to the decrease in the crack resistance of the cement stone.
This goal is achieved due to the peculiarity of the component composition and the optimization of the structure of the hardening conglomerate. Thus, the fractionation of the main component in the housing system creates a condition for the directional process of the reactions of interaction of the liquid phase with the grains of the hydrated material, providing an optimal rate of formation of a gel-like mass, which contributes to an increase in the plasticity of the cement paste during the molding stage. The presence of portland cement, molding sand and electric steel slag contributes to an increase in the rate of crystallization and compaction in the cement composition due to the formation of alunite-like mineral phases at the setting stage of the cement paste, which serve as centers of crystallization and create an internal stress that provides a self-sealing effect, which increases the degree of perfection of the conglomerate structure and crack resistance in the ghost.
1.The components used in the tent are cupola slags from the smelting of iron and steel, portland cement, electric steel-smelting (crystalline) slags and the molding sand - cast iron and steel castings production waste. The chemical composition of these components is shown in Table 1.
As the alkaline component is used soda, alkaline alloy, liquid glass with a silicate module MS 1-3.
