The invention relates to the manufacture of precast concrete products and iron concrete. A device for mounting a mold on a vibrating frame of a vibrating platform, comprising a cavity on its outer surface, filled with a wetting fluid, and a flat element in contact with its surface attached to the bottom of the mold 1 is known. A disadvantage of this device is the need to provide large areas of contact between the sub-frame and the flat element, which determine the size of the holding force, as well as the unreliability of attachment at low vibration frequencies, large amplitudes and accelerations. The closest to the invention is a device for fastening a form, comprising attractive electromagnet in the form of a vibrating plate mounted on a movable frame with a winding t2. A disadvantage of the known device is the unreliability of attachment of the form to the movable frame of the vibrating plate, due to the occurrence of gaps between the pd magnetic plate of the mold and the housing of the attractive electromagnet. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of shape fixing by eliminating the gap between its submagnetic plate and the body of the attractive electromagnet. . This goal is achieved by the fact that the device for fastening the form, which contains a attractive electromagnet in the form of a vibrating plate mounted on a movable frame with a winding, is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder mounted on a movable frame with a normally open bypass valve in a piston, attractive. The electromagnet is made with a spring-loaded bark, with the latter and the case rigidly connected to the bypass valve and the piston, respectively, and the attractive electromagnet is supported by springs on the movable frame. The drawing shows schematically a device for fastening a form, a general view. The device for fastening the form consists of a fitted electromagnet in the form of a housing 1 with a winding 2, mounted on a movable frame, 3, the vibrating area of a hydraulic motor 4, in the piston 5 of which a normally open bypass valve 6 is installed, rigidly connected to the core 7, Spring-loaded with the aid of a spring 8 relative to the housing 1, which is rigidly connected to the piston 5 and supported by springs E on the movable frame 3. The device for fastening the mold works in the following way. Under the action of the mass of the mold, the housing 1, together with the piston 5 of the hydraulic cylinder, moves downwards. At the same time, the fluid from under the cylinder cavity is squeezed into the supra-piston cavity through the normally open valve 6. During molding, when the attractive electromagnet switches on the bark 7, it closes the valve 6. At the same time, the fluid located in the piston cavities above and below the movement of the housing 1, and hence the movement of the form 10 relative to the movable frame 3 vibroplanes. After completion of the molding, the attractive electromagnet is turned off, the spring 8 returns the valve 6 to its original position, and after removing the mold 10, the springs 9 returning to their original position and the attractive electromagnet. Due to the large amount of movement of the electromagnet, the non-flatness requirements of the submagnetic plates and electromagnets can be reduced, which greatly simplifies the manufacture of molds. Claim device The device for fastening the form, containing the attractive electromagnet in the form of a vibration plate mounted on a movable frame with a winding, characterized in that, in order to increase the reliability of fixing the shape by eliminating the gap between its submagnetic plate and the body of the attractive electromagnet, it is fitted with a fixed on a movable frame by a hydraulic cylinder with a normally open bypass valve in the piston, the attractive electromagnet is made with a spring-loaded bark, the latter and the body are rigidly connected to Respectively, with a bypass valve and a piston, and the attractive electromagnet was supported by means of springs on a movable frame.
