Description
Изобретение относится к обработке металлов давлением, а именно к контейнерам для изостатического прессования изделий из порошков и гранул.
Известен контейнер для изостатического прессования изделий из порошков и гранул, содержащий герметичную тонкостенную обечайку с расположенным внутри нее обрабатываемым матери- ю алом. Контейнер снабжен трубчатыми стволами, соединенными соединительными средствами с вакуумной установкой. После создания в контейнере вакуума его герметизируют посредством 15 запаивания и последующего частичного обрезания трубчатых стволов £l].
Однако полученный таким образом контейнер имеет выступы (части обрезанных трубчатых стволов), которые 20 в процессе транспортировки могут быть повреждены, что:приведет к разгерметизации контейнера.
Цель изобретения - повышение качества контейнера.
Цель достигается тем, что. в контейнере для изостатического прессования изделий из порошковых и гранулированных материалов, содержащем герметичную тонкостенную обечайку с расположенным внутри нее обрабатываемым материалом, в верхней части обечайки на внутренних ее стенках закреплена оплавлением крышка.
Крышка выполнена в виде таблетки, спрессованной из обрабатываемого материала и оплавлена по периферии,
Крышка выполнена из материала контейнера.
Благодаря этому не требуется специального подсоединения вакуумного насоса к контейнеру, отпадает необходимость в специальном устройстве для обрезания трубчатых стволов, что обуславливает высокие физические и эксплуатационные качества контейнера.

- Контейнер состоит из тонкостенной герметичной обечайки 1, внутри которой размещен гранулированный или порошкообразный обрабатываемый материал 2. В верхней части обечайки 1 на внутренних ее ртенках закреплена 'плоская крышка 3 посредством оплавления ее краев по периферии. Плоская, крышка 3 может быть выполнена в виде таблетки, спрессованной из обрабатываемого материала или из материала контейнера.
Изготовление (герметизацию^) контейнера осуществляют следующим об. разом.
В тонкостенную герметичную обечай^ ку 1 помещают обрабатываемый материал 2, уплотняют его, например, посредством вибрации, а затем осуществляют вакуумирование контейнера посредством (вакуум-камеры, после чего осуществляют его герметизацию. Для этого в верхней части обечёйки на внутренних ее стенках закрепляют крышку 3 и осуществляют оплавление краев крышки по ее периферии с использованием электронно-лучевой установки. Для герметизации контейнера осуществляют непосредственное [оплавление всего верхнего слоя обрабатываемого материала с использованием электронно-лучевой установки.
Оплавленный верхний слой обрабатываемого материала выполняет функции плоской герметизирующей крышки. При этом обеспечивается надежная гер-.
метизация контейнера с практически полным исключением разгерметизации .при его транспортировке.
Claims (3)
- Формула изобретения1. Контейнер для изостатического t прессования изделий из порошковых и гранулированных материалов,содержащий герметичную тонкостенную обечайку с рас-15 положенным внутри нее обрабатываемым материалом, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения качества контейнера, в верхней части обечайки на внутренних ее стенках за20 креплена оплавлением крышка.
- 2. Контейнер поп. ^отличающийся тем, что крышка выполнена в виде таблетки, спрессованной из обрабатываемого материала и25 оплавлена по периферии.
- 3. Контейнер по п. ^отличающийся тем, что крышка выполнена из материала контейнера.
