Известен порошковый питатель, включающий герметичный бункер, соединенный со смесительной камерой, дозирующий орггн с приводом дл обеспечени подачи порошка в смесидельную камеру и систему трубопроводов дл подачи транспортирующего газа lj. Недостатками указанного питател вл етс то, что бункер, смесительна камера и трубопровод дл подачи газопорошковой смеси к плазмотрону выполнены в виде отдельных конструктивных элементов, в результате чего при транспортировке порошка и его смеси с газом происходит образование сводов и пробок из порошка, а также сегрегаци смеси порошков, что в конечном счете ухудшает качество покрыти . Кроме того, использование в качестве дозирующего устройства жесткого шнека приводит к быстрому его износу при работе с твердыми порошковыми материалами . Наиболее близким по технической сути , и достигаемому эффекту к предлагаемому вл етс порюшковый питатель, содержащий герметичный бункер с газоподвод щим и расходным трубопроводами соединенный со смесительной камерой, снабженной упругим винтообразным дози рующим органом с расположенным внутри него рабочим телом и привод.
