Description
At present, architectural details are attached to the wall separately, each on the released reinforcement or on cement mortar, which complicates the work and does not ensure the durability of the fastening as the water penetrating into the cracks of the hardened cement layer destroys the connection of the parts with the wall.
These shortcomings are eliminated by the proposed method of fastening, in which the part: and strung through holes in them onto metal rods in whole sets in accordance with the architectural design pattern and then suspended at one point after the facade plaster, to the pins embedded in the wall. Thus, the possibility of obtaining various architectural compositions from a limited number of standard elements is achieved, and the work on fastening parts is simplified.
2 - разрез ио стене с укрепленным на ней комплектом деталей, помещенных на металлический стержень и подвешенных к штырю, заделанному в стену .FIG. i depicts an exemplary set of parts I, 2, 3, 4, and 5 with openings for the passage of metallic ster-: n; in fig. 2 is a section through a wall with a set of parts fastened on it, placed on a metal rod and suspended from a pin embedded in a wall.
Each element has one round hole with a diameter of 5-10 mm. Liquid concrete is poured into the hole, and then a rod 6 of thick metal wire (rod) is pulled through it. In this way, a number of elements necessary for a given composition are strung on a wire (like beads). A change in the order of alternation of these elements allows each time to obtain a new architectural composition. In addition, by bending the wire and giving it the appropriate shape, you can add even more variety to the architectural composition. The joints between the elements are also poured with cement mortar 8, as a result of which the metal wire is immersed in the latter. The wire rod with the elements strung on it is attached to the pin 7, previously fixed in the wall. The junction of the wire with the pin is poured with cement. In order to prevent the architectural detail from swaying from the wind and not departing from the place intended for it, in some places wire clamps 9 are inserted through the part and the wall. The suspension of the architectural details is made after finishing the facade (after its plastering or lining). This is made from those considerations that it is more expedient not to associate the plaster or facade cladding with its architectural treatment. In this case, you can plaster smooth planes of the facade by mechanical means (gun). When facing the facade of the proposed method will significantly reduce the number of types of plates.
Subject invention
The method of fastening architectural details to the walls of buildings, characterized in that, in order to simplify work on fastening the details, as well as the possibility of obtaining from a limited number of standard elements of various architectural compositions, the details are strung on metal rods (wire) through the through holes made in x and hung to the pin m, mounted in the wall.
