The disadvantages of the known steel are relatively low wear resistance and the whole complex of casting and mechanical properties.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the wear resistance of the bone of the mechanical and casting properties of steel. The goal is achieved by the fact that steel containing carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, nickel, niobium, copper and iron, additionally contains titanium, aluminum, calcium and rare earth metals with the following ratio of components, wt.%: 1.0- 1.40 Carbon 0.50-1.0 Silicon 11.50-14.50 Manganese 0.5-1.0 Shobny 0.08-0.10 0.1-0.3 0.01-0.08 0 01-6.05 Aluminum 0.005-0.05 Calcium Rare-grinding 0.01-0.08 metals Else The additional addition of titanium to the proposed steel is associated with its high deoxidizing ability, as well as its close chemical affinity for nitrogen. but from a refractory nitrides, titanium not only eliminates its adverse effect, but also provides grinding hydrochloric austenite structure of the steel. The introduction of aluminum is due to the beneficial effect, above all, on the casting properties of steel (fluidity), as well as the ability, like vanadium, to bind nitrogen into nitrides. Subsequently, the growth regulators of austenic grain are regulators, which ensure the crack-resistance of castings, ductility and toughness of steel. The additional introduction of calcium and rare earth metals to the composition of steel is explained by their exceptionally favorable effect on the structure and properties of steel. In this case, calcium and rare-earth metals provide a modifying, micro-alloying, degassing and refining effect. As modifiers of the 2nd kind (surface-active), these elements crush the steel structure, which is accompanied by the purification of grain boundaries from harmful impurities. At the same time, the content of oxygen in the steel and, almost twice, of sulfur is reduced. The total content of non-metallic inclusions also decreases, while the remaining ones take on a globular almost round shape and are redistributed in a uniform background in the metal. Grinding of carbides and their more uniform distribution in steel is very important in this case. The chemical composition of the steel produced is given in table. 1. The test results of the casting properties of the experimental steels are given in table. 2. As can be seen from the above results table. 2, the proposed steel of compositions No. 2-6 exceeds the known steel in the whole complex of casting properties. Thus, the fluidity exceeds by 20-30%, the free linear shrinkage decreases from 2.70 to 2.64%, and the crack resistance of castings increases by 10-14%. The results of mechanical tests and abrasive wear resistance are presented in table. 3. From the data table. 3 it follows that the proposed steel of compositions No. 2-6 has noticeably increased wear resistance and mechanical characteristics. G tables
