Description

Изобретение относитс  к получению губчатого материала на основе термопластичного полимера и может быть использовано в различных област х промышленности в качестве склеиваю- 5 щих средств и дл  изготовлени  губчатых изделий методом шприцевани  или формовани .
Известен способ получени  губчатого термопластичного материала пу- ю тем подачи газа под давлением в массу расплавленного полимера. При последующем выпуске расплавленной массы в среду с уменьшенным давлением происходит вспенивание и формование губчатого материала 1J.
Согласно известному способу газ подают под давлением 35-211 кг/см , что требует сложного аппаратурного оформлени .20
Наиболее близким к предлагаемому по технической сущности  вл етс  способ получени  губчатого термопластичного материала путем введени  в расплавленный термопластичный по- 25
лимер газа, гомогенизации полученной композиции, создани  избыточного давлени  в композиции от 7 до кг/см и экструдировани  композиции в зону внезапного разр жени  2.
Однако период полураспада композиции на основе расплава полимера и газа очень мал, что приводит к потере газа в течение технологического процесса получени  губчатого материала .
, Цель изобретени  - повышение жизнеспособности композиции и упрощение технологии производства.
Указанна  цель достигаетс  тем, что при получении губчатого термопластичного материала путем введени  в расплавленный термопластический полимер газа, гомогенизации полученной композиции, создани  избыточного давлени  в композиции от 7 до кг/см и экструдировани  композиции в зону внезапного разр жени , в расплавленный термопластичный поли

Claims (1)

  1. Способ получения губчатого термопластичного материала путем введения в расплавленный термопластичЮ ный полимер газа, гомогенизации полученной композиции, создания избыточного давления в композиции от 7 до 141 кг/см2 и экструдирования композиции в зону внезапного разряжеjj ния, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения жизнеспособности композиции и упрощения технологии производства, в расплавленный термопластичный полимер предвари тельно вводят от 0,1 ло 1,1% от веса полимера поверхностно-активного вещества в виде раствора или в тонкоизмельченном состоянии с температурой разложения выше или равной 45 2бО°С.
