Abstract

1444825 Forming composite yarn D S O TEXTIL 3 Jan 1974 [9 Jan 1973] 00262/74 Headings DID D1F and D1W In the production of composite yarn, a single fibre yarn 4, as may be formed from roving or sliver processed in a draw box comprising roller pairs 1 and 2 and a (fibre) controlling element 3, is passed through the bore of a rotating hollow spindle 5 together with a monofilament yarn 7 supplied from a package mounted on the spindle. The fibre yarn is false-twisted by a twister 6 (stated to be in the form of a regulating twist limiter) mounted on and rotating with the spindle 5, and the monofilament running with the fibre yarn is twisted thereinto by untwisting thereof on the downstream side of the twister. The denier of the monofilament yarn is at least five times less than that of the fibre yarn but within the limits of 15-45 denier and may be used as a (water-) soluble carrier yarn which may be removed subsequently e.g. during further processing. The fibres may differ e.g. in colour.

Description

II

Изобретение относитс  к текстильной промышленности и может быть использовано дл  получени  крученой пр жи на пр дильно-крутильных машинах .The invention relates to the textile industry and can be used to produce twisted yarn on spinning machines.

1 .A known method of obtaining a twisted yarn on a spinning-twisting machine by passing through the hollow spindle and the core component in the form of a multifilament yarn, unwound from the package on the spindle, telling them a false twist by clamping them at the end of the spindle,. twisting them and then winding them on the receiving package 1.

The disadvantage of this method is that the yarn obtained has low quality indicators due to its structure and unevenness.

In addition, the output rate of the yarn is limited and, accordingly, its performance is associated with the breakage of the sliver.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of production and productivity.

The goal is achieved by using a multifilament yarn as the core component.

линейной плотностью,меньшей,по крайней мере, в п ть раз линейной плотности получаемой пр жи и равной 1.7-5,0 текс.a linear density less than at least five times the linear density of the yarn obtained and equal to 1.7-5.0 tex.

The drawing shows a diagram pr 10 dilno-twisting machine.

The fiber sliver 2 coming out of the machine exhaust device 1 and unwound from the package 3 on the floor, 5 not 4 core components in the form of a multifilament yarn 5 are guided through a rotating spindle, false torsion is reported to them by clamping them at the end of the brake element 6 spindle, connected and twisted in yarn.

Claims (1)

6-11, 137.20 The yarn 7 obtained by a pair of rollers 8 is withdrawn from the spindle and is wound by a driving drum 9 on the receiving package 10. 38 The complex thread 5 has a linear density which is at least five times less than the linear density of the yarn 7 and is 1, tex. As a result, the yarn obtained has a single yarn structure, thereby reducing unevenness and increased strength. In addition, this makes it possible to increase the speed of withdrawing such a yarn from a spindle and its rotational speed to 60,000 minutes without increasing the breakage of the sliver, respectively, to increase the productivity of the method and reduce the weight and size of the package installed on the hollow spindle. The multifilament yarn can be made from soluble material to be removed from the yarn during subsequent processing. The invention The method of obtaining yarn on a spinning machine by passing through a hollow spindle and a core component in the form of a multifilament yarn, wound from a package on a spindle, telling them of a false twist by clamping them at the end of the spindle, twisting them and then winding them on receiving package, which is so that, in order to improve the quality of yarn and productivity, a complex thread with a linear density less than at least five times l is used as the core component the linear density of the yarn obtained and equal to 1.7-5.0 Tex.
