с постепенным понижением объемной плотности по промежуточным сло м 3 4, 5. В данном материале объемна  плотность волокнистого материала слоев составл ет Эб-ЗЗб кг/м с увеличением плотности в направлении к лицевой поверхности . При изготовлении нетканого материала текстильные волокна, например известные полиэфирные волокна, прочесывают на обычных чесальных маши нах, например на чесальных машинах дл  шерсти, и сло ми накладывают друг на- друга. При этом слой, граничащий с лицевым покрытием, может состо ть из волокон, способных к усадке под воздействием тепловой обработки прошитого материала, образу  уплотненную зону, вход щую внутрь материала на величину, меньшую толщины сло , причем обратна  поверхность материала мо жет поддерживатьс  относительно холодной . Материал между волокнами 6 имеет пустые промежутки. Эти промежут ки заполн ютс  наполнителем, состо щим из отдельных частиц 7 предварительно объединенных в пучки, которые свободно прилипают к волокнам материа ла (см. фиг. 2), но промежутки запол н ют частично, таким образом структура материала остаетс  пористой, а при пропитке латексом последний придает материалу определенную упругост и стабильность. Наполнитель вводитс  в таком количестве, что вес высушенного пропитанного материала становит с  больше веса материала без пропитки до 200%. После пропитки лицева  поверхность отвержденного материала может быть отшлифована или отполирована и на нее можно наносить отделоч ные средства. Толщина волокон в сло х различна , она уменьшаетс  в направлении к лицевому покрытию и находитс  в пределах 0,056-0,89 км/г от сло  к слою. Этот градиент толщины волокна сохран етс  после иглопробивани  в структуре материала. Дл на волокон слоев находитс  в пределах 0,63-10,16 см, причем насторо не наибольшей длины волокон на поверхности расположены волокна длиной 0,32-1,9 см. Волокнистые |Слои предлагаемого материала скрег  ют между собой путем иглопробивани , причем некоторые волокна соедин ютс  друг с другом в продольном направлении материала , в результате чего обеспечиваетс  прочное переплетение волокон. Соотношение св занных иглопробиванием волокон близко к соотношению волокон натуральной кожи и имеет градиент плотности подобно коже. Волокна слоев могут быть соединены друг с другом также цепным переплетением. Получаемый нетканый материал (искусственна  кожа) имеет свойства близкие к свойствам натуральной кожи, модуль упругости (близок к модулю упругости натуральной кожи и может при изготовлении обуви формоватьс  на колодке аналогично натуральной коже. формула изобретени  1.Нетканый материал, например искусственна  кожа, состо ща  из волок|4истых слоев, скрепленных между собой с помощью иглопробивани , наполнител  и лицевого покрыти , о т л и ч аю щ и и с   тем, что, с целью повышени  его эксплуатационных качеств, объемна  плотность волокнистого материала слоев составл ет 96-336 кг/м причем плотность материала увеличиваетс  в направлении к лицевому покрытию . 2.Материал по п. 1, отличающийс  тем, что толщина волокон слоев уменьшаетс  в направлеНИИ к лицевому покрытию и находитс  -в пределах 0,056-0,89 км/г. 3.Материал по пп. 1 и 2, отличающийс  тем, что длина волокон слоев находитс  в пределах 0,63-10,16 см. Материал по пп. 1-3, отличающийс  тем, что на стороне наибольшей длины волокон на поверхности расположены волокна длиной 0.32-1,9 см. 5.Материал по пп. 1-, отличающийс  тем, что слой, граничащий с лицевым покрытием, состоит из волокон, способных к усадке. 6.Материал по пп. 1-5, отличающий с  тем, что волокна слоев соединены друг с другом .цепным переплетением. Claims (6)

  1. Формула изобретения
    Μ 1. Нетканый материал, например искусственная кожа, состоящая из волокнистых слоев, скрепленных между собой с помощью иглопробивания, наполнителя и лицевого покрытия, о т л и ч аМ ю щ и й с я тем, что, с целью повышения его эксплуатационных качеств, объемная плотность волокнистого материала слоев составляет 96-336 кг/м® причем плотность материала увеличи30 вается в направлении к лицевому покрытию.
  2. 2. Материал по п. 1, отличающийся тем, что толщина волокон слоев уменьшается в направлении к лицевому покрытию и находится -> в пределах 0,056-0,89 км/г.
  3. 3. Материал по пп. 1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что длина волокон слоев находится в пределах 40 0,63“Ю, 16 см.
  4. 4. Материал по пп. 1-3, отличающийся тем, что на стороне наибольшей длины волокон на поверхности расположены волокна длиной 45 0,32-1,9 см.
  5. 5. Материал по пп. 1-4, отличающийся тем, что слой, граничащий с лицевым покрытием, состоит из волокон, способных к усадке.
  6. 6. Материал по пп. 1-5, отличающий ся тем, что волокна слоев соединены друг с другом цепным переплетением.
