Abstract

Устройство для очистки газа от токсичных примесей, содержащее регулируемый дроссель с входным и выходным патрубками, осадительную камеру, установленную на выходном патрубке регулируемого дросселя, с входным и выходным патрубками, расположенными по оси камеры соответственно в ее нижней и в верхней части, пористый цилиндр, установленный на входном патрубке осадительной камеры, и завихритель, расположенный внутри пористого цилиндра и выполненный в виде шнека, отличающееся тем, что, с целью повышения степени очистки газа от трудноконденсирующихся токсичных примесей, устройство снабжено конденсационной камерой со сливным, входным и выходным патрубками, установленной на осадительной камере и через входной патрубок подключенной к ее выходному патрубку, тороидальной емкостью с криогенной жидкостью, расположенной внутри конденсационной камеры, и термокожухом, охватывающим осадительную и конденсационную камеры, причем полость термокожуха сообщена с тороидальной емкостью в ее верхней части и с осадительной камерой через ее входной патрубок, выполненный с кольцевой щелью между осадительной камерой и термокожухом.A device for cleaning gas from toxic impurities, containing an adjustable choke with inlet and outlet nozzles, a precipitation chamber installed on the outlet nozzle of an adjustable choke, with an inlet and outlet nozzles located along the axis of the chamber respectively in its lower and upper parts, porous cylinder installed on the inlet pipe of the settling chamber, and the swirler, located inside the porous cylinder and made in the form of an auger, characterized in that, in order to increase the degree of gas purification from the hard condensation toxic impurities, the device is equipped with a condensation chamber with a drain, inlet and outlet pipes installed on the precipitation chamber and through the inlet pipe connected to its outlet pipe, a toroidal tank with cryogenic liquid located inside the condensation chamber, and a thermal housing enclosing the precipitation and condensation chamber moreover, the cavity of the thermocasing is communicated with a toroidal container in its upper part and with a settling chamber through its inlet pipe, made with an annular gap m waiting for the settling chamber and a thermal.
