Description

Изобретение относитс  .к способам креплени  капитальных и подготовительных горных выработок анкерной крепью в сочетании с основной рамной крепью. Известен способ креплени  проводимых горных выработок, при котором в пространстве между забоем и основной рамной крепью устанавливают временную анкерную крепь в чистом виде или в комбинации с верхним элементом рамной крепи 1 . Недостаток .такого способа заключаетс  в том, что при нормированном отстава нии посто нной рамной крепи от забо  не 1 более, чем на 3 м она подверЖШа повреж дени м при ведении взрывных работ. Известен также способ креплени  проводимых тюрных выработок, включахшшй устаиовку вслед за подвиганием забо  анкеров и возведени  на рассто нии от за бо  основной рамной крепи 2 . Однако при этом величина безопасного отставани  рамной крепи в случае ттроведенв  выработки буровзрывным способом не определена. Цель изобретени  - предотвращение повреждений рамной крепи при проведении выработок буровзрывным способом. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что рамную крепь возвод т с отставанием от забо  не менее 25-5 О м. На чертеже изображена призабойна  часть проводимой выработки, продольный разрез. Способ осуществл етс  следующим образом . Кровлю (при необходимости и бока) проводимой капитальной или подготовительной выработки вслед за подвиганием забо  креп т анкерами 1 под опорные элементы , которыми могут быть в зависимости от горно-геологических условий ме талпические шайбы, верхн ки, р иетчата  зат жка, металлическа  сетка и др. Затем с отставанием от забо  выработки на 255О м специализированна  бригада срепиль шиков в дополнение к установленной анкерной крепи возвод т основную рамную жоепь Г21 .The invention relates to methods for fastening capital and preparatory mine workings with anchor bolts in combination with main frame braces. The method is carried out as follows.
