Description
The invention relates to the industry of building materials, to the production of wall ceramics, mainly to coating compositions for ceilings and facing ceramic products. The closest technical solution to the proposed is frit ta including SiO, A12.0z. TiOg ,, FeO, MnO, CaO, MgO,, N320, in the following ratio of components, wt.% 0.24. Known Frit, has frost resistance, heat resistance, good spill. However, the existence of the Frit face is transparent and does not hide the true color and defects of the front surface of the products. Most of the clay raw materials from which veneering ceramics are currently made contain significant amounts of water-soluble salts. These salts in the firing process on the surface give different colors of stain and efflorescence. Also, the use of low-grade sulfur-containing fuels for roasting leads to the appearance of white spots of efflorescences and spots on the front surfaces. This reduces the quality of facial and facing materials. Covering such products with glaze suspensions can significantly expand the range of products and improve its appearance. However, the Frit and glazes on its basis are well known transparent coatings, thereby not masking the surface of the products, therefore, it is impossible to obtain a glossy glaze coating with a good gloss. The purpose of the invention is to obtain a damp ivory color coating, increase bleed and heat resistance of the coating. This goal is achieved by the frit for the glazing of ceramic products, including SiO2.,..., FeO. MnO, CaO, MdO., And, additionally contains ZnO in the following ratio of components, wt.%: Moreover, the ratio of ZrO and ZnO is 1.65 - 5.77. The initial components are dried, the grain and in the required ratio I load into the freezer. The frit was boiled at 1150-150 ° C and held at the maximum temperature for 3 hours. Granulation of the frit was carried out by pouring the melt into water. For os production

1the famous Nové Frit glaze is subjected to wet grinding in mills with the addition of 510% kaolin. In tab. 1 shows the charge composition of the incoming components of the proposed and known frit. On the basis of the obtained frit, glazes are prepared, which are pulverized onto ceramic products of facing ceramics and are fired in an electric furnace at a maximum firing temperature of 970 ° C. The resulting glaze coatings have a good spill, shine, are well plugged, are ivory-colored, mask the true color of the ceramic shard well, and are consistent with the basis of the products. The compositions and properties of coatings based on Frit are presented in Table. 2 and 3. The CTE of the product is 47.1-52, Ox 10 degrees, depending on the content of carbonates in the feedstock.
