-, 1 The invention relates to an agricultural machinery industry, in particular to devices for separating root and tuber crops from impurities. Known needle separator containing a conveyor, needle drum and puller 1. The disadvantage of this separator is the low efficiency of the selection process of root and tuber crops from impurities and its structural complexity. The purpose of the invention is to increase the cleaning efficiency of root crops from solid impurities and simplify the design of the needle separator. This goal is achieved by the fact that a ban mounted on the vertical axis of the bar is encased in a truncated cone, which forms a wedge-shaped gap with the drum surface parts smaller than the minimum size of the root, and to the edge of the casing, in the zone of the open section of the drum, spring-loaded pressure elements are attached, and the needles are installed perpendicularly conical the surface of the casing with a frequency increasing towards the lower end of the drum. FIG. 1 shows the needle separator, a general view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 is a section BB in FIG. 1. The separator consists of a cylindrical drum 1 mounted on a vertical axis 2 and enclosed in a casing 3 which is not closed around the circumference and having the shape of a truncated cone. The mutual arrangement of the drum 1 and the casing 3 forms a wedge-shaped gap, tapering from top to bottom, the size of which in the lower part is less than the minimum size of the root crops. On the drum 1, perpendicular to the conical surface of the casing 3, are fixed with a frequency increasing to the lower end of the drum 1, the puncture needles 4 and the guide pins 5. In the upper part of the separator, a feed tray 6 is provided, and to the edge 3 in the open section area rotation, drum, respectively, are attached using a spring 7, the clamping elements 8 and the puller 9. The separator operates as follows. The roots to be cleaned are poured by the feeding tray 6 into the wedge-shaped gap formed by the surfaces of the casing 3 and the rotating drum 1. The roots and stones picked up by the guide fingers 5 are located in the gap at different heights under the influence of gravitational forces. At the same time, small inclusions, moving along the casing wall, spill down, and larger stones and roots move in the course of the rotating drum 1, falling into the sphere of action of the clamping elements 8, where the roots are punctured on the needles 4, .a large stones deflect the corresponding presser items. Upon further movement to the open part of the casing 3, the stones are freed from the pressure elements 8 and the piiz falls, and the impaled roots are directed to the puller 9, where they are removed from the 4 needles of the drum, for further processing. In order to facilitate the impaction of the root crops, the needles 4 are installed perpendicularly to the conical surface of the casing 3 with a frequency increasing to the lower end of the drum 1, which ensures a good impaction of the small roots. The use of a separator of this construct of the Scientific Research Institute for the separation of root crops from impurities makes it possible to improve the cleaning efficiency, simplify the design and increase the reliability of its operation. Summary of the invention 1. A separator for root crops containing a conveyor, needle drum and puller, characterized in that, in order to increase the efficiency of cleaning root crops from solid impurities and simplifying the design of the device mounted on the vertical axis of the drum is enclosed in a casing made in the form of a truncated cone forming with The drum surface has a wedge-shaped gap, the size of which in the lower part is smaller than the minimum size of the root crops, and spring-loaded clamping elements are attached to the edge of the casing, in the zone of the open section of the drum.
