The invention relates to woodworking, its industries, in particular, to devices for cleaning green wood from chips obtained from logging residues, such as branches and tops.

It is known a device for clearing the greenery of shep, obtained from logging waste 1, consists of a pre-drum that acts as a screen, an inclined chute for feeding shep to a conveyor belt located above the last spike or shchetny receptacles and removable rollers and catching device .

The device works as follows. Wood chips are fed first into the pre-cleaning drum, where it is sorted. Then, from there, along an inclined tray, the middle fraction of chips is poured onto a belt conveyor. The rotating spike and flower take-up rollers located above the conveyor catch coniferous legs (needles or their bundles), which are then removed by removable rollers, from which they are removed with the help of a catching device.

The drawbacks of the device are:

-low efficiency due to incomplete contact of the take-up rolls with the whole mass of chips moved by the conveyor;

5 - the holding capacity of the pickup rollers is small, since the plugs (brushes) are located on the convex (outer) surface of them.

Its disadvantages are:

- limited scope, since the effect of removing greens is achieved only by processing a mixture of chips with basic wood greens that have long needles (in the form of needles or their bundles);

-small efficiency due to the fact that the removal of wood greenery from chips occurs only when the latter gets into the drum holes, which is most likely only if the longitudinal axis of the needle beam is perpendicular to the plane of the hole.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the process.

The goal is achieved by the fact that the working surface is made of cantilever elements of flexible material, and the discharge device for green particles is made in the form of a groove, on the outer surface of which vibrators are mounted, connected at the bottom with a pipe connected to the air system, so that the elements made in the form of brushes, in that the working surface of the roll is made with radial blades having a comb-like surface.

The device contains an inclined rotary drum 1, the working surface of which is made of cantilever elements 2 of flexible material, the loading device 3, the discharge device 4 and 5 - made in the form of a groove 6, on the outer surface of which vibrators 7 are connected with the pipe at the bottom 8 connected to the air system 9. In the discharge device 5 a roller 10 is mounted, the working surface of which is made with radial blades 11 with a comb surface 12. The roller 10 is connected n driven 13.

The device works as follows.

Chips containing wood greens (individual needles, bunches, thin, covered shoots) are fed through the feed hopper 3 into the inclined swivel drum 1. After switching on the drive (not shown), the drum starts to rotate at a given speed, dragging the mixture of chips and greens up along the drum wall. At the same time, wood green particles that have many times greater surface roughness compared with chips of wood "fall (get stuck) between flexible elements 2 and carry them further up to the cleaning unit 10, and chips after reaching a certain height fall down, after which the cycle repeats. Due to the inclination of the drum 1, the flow of chips, making cyclical circular movements in the vertical plane and gradually clearing wood greens, moves along the drum towards the discharge funnel 4. The discharge device b prevents the wood green from hanging on its outer surface. A roller 10 rotating in the same direction with the drum 1 with the comb surface 12 of its blades 11 sweeps the space between the flexible elements 2 along the entire length of the drum, and contacts them and "combing the particles about the green wood."

The latter, under the action of the suction air system 9, as well as the vibrators 7, is removed from the drum through the discharge device 4.

The device will significantly reduce labor costs for the removal of green wood chips obtained from the branches and verch, as it eliminates the operation of sorting raw materials by species, as well as significantly increase the use value of wood chips.

A device for separating wood greenery from chips, including a drum with loading and unloading devices, an air system and a drum-like cleaning unit, characterized in that, in order to increase the efficiency of the process, The working surface of the drum is made of cantilever elements of flexible material, and the discharging device for green particles is made in the form of a trough, on the external surface of which vibrators are installed, communicating in the lower part with a pipe connected to the air system. 2.
