ИСПЫТАНИЙ НА УСТАЛОСТНУЮ ПРОЧНОСТЬ И ДОЛГОВЕЧНОСТЬ НАДРЕССОРНОЙ БАЛКИ ЖЕЛЕЗНОДОРОЯчНОГО ПОДВИЖНОГО СОСТАВА Изобретение относитс к области испытательной техники, а именно стендам дл механических испытаний конструкнионных элементов и узлов, в частности дл исследовани напр женного состо ни , усталостной прочности и долговечности надрессорных балок, шкворневых узлов и п тников грузовых и пассажирских вагонов магистрального . -промышленного и городского транспорта. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому вл етс стенд дл испытаний на усталостную прочность и долговечность надрессорной балки железнодорожного подвижного состава, содержащий неподвижное основание , смонтированные на нем две неподвижные П-образные стойки, центральную опору и нагружающий блок Cl Недостатком стенда вл етс конструктивна сложность и как следствие - низка надежность. Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкции и повышение надежности. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что нагружающий блок выполнен в виде смон- тированного на верхней части одной из стоек гидроцилиндра, и пружинного комплекта , смонтированного на верхней части другой П-образной стойки. На чертеже изображен стенд, общий вид. Стенд состоит из основани 1, к которому креп тс две П-образные неподвижные стойки 2 и 3. На поперечной балке П-образной стойки 2 смонтирован гидро-. цилиндр 4, а на стойке 3 посредством винта 5 закреплен комплект пружин 6. Стойки 2 и 3 служат дл воспри ти вертикальной нагрузки от гидроцилиндра 4 и от комплекта пружин 6. Центральна опора 7, расположенна в центре основани , служит дл опираниа и6пытываемой балки 8 через п тник 9. Степень сжати комплекта пружин регулируетс БИНТОМ 5.
