(54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ 7-(N-АЛКИЛАМИНО) ПРОИЗВОДНЫХ 6,7,6,9- ТЕТРАГИДРО-7-ФЕНИЛ-5Н-БЕНЗОЦИКЛОГЕПТЕНА ИЛИ ИХ СОЛЕЙ
Изобретение относитс  к способу получени  7-(N-алкиламино)производных 6,7,8,9-тетрагидро-7-фенил-5Н-беизоциклогептена формулы Г
где R имеет указанное значение, отщеплением бензильной группы и при необходимости переведением полученных соединений формулы Т в их соли.
Отщепление бенэильной группы от соединений формулы II осуществл етс  известными методами, предпочтительно гид рогеноли3ом С
Соединени  формулы I, полученные
10 согласно изобретению, могут находитьс  -в форме свободных оснований или их аддитивных солей. Дл  образовани  гцздитивных солей можно примен ть , как правило, например, следующие кислоты: хлористоводородную, серную, фумаровую, малеиновую или нафталин-1,5-дисульфокислоту.
Исходные соединени  формулы П можно получить,подверга  взаимодействию 20 известным способом соединени  формулы П - - dlT

  1. Формула изобретения
    Способ получения 7-(N-алкиламино)производных 6,7,8,9~тетрагидро-7-фенил-5 Н-бе нзоциклогептен а формулы £ где R - алкил с 1-4 атомами углерода, или их солей, отличающийс я тем, что в соединении формулы И где R имеет указанное значение, отщепляют бензильную группу гидрогенолизом и выделяют целевой продукт в виде свободного основания или соли.
