Description
The invention relates to electroplating, in particular to electrical deposition of coatings on copper, titanium and steel products. A non-toxic electrolyte for the deposition of molybdenum coatings, containing molybdenum oxide, hydrazine hydrochloric acid and ammonium chloride, is known. However, the wasp / cotton removal layer consists of 75% pure metal and 25% of its oxides. In order to obtain pure molybdenum coatings, it is necessary to conduct the thermal heat treatment in order to restore the oxides. The closest to the present invention is an electrolyte for the deposition of molybdenum coatings containing ammonium molybdate and an acid, for example hydrofluoric acid. From this electrolyte, both bright glitters of the coating (degree of brightness of 55-85%) and black (degree of blackness of 89-91%) 2 are precipitated. However, these coatings are deposited with a low current yield of metal (0.5%), and the presence of hydrofluoric acid in the electrolyte makes it toxic and aggressive to the substrate material. The purpose of the invention is to increase the current efficiency and reduce the aggressiveness and toxicity of the electrolyte. This goal is achieved by the fact that, as an acid, the electrolyte contains a mixture of sulfuric and acetic acids in the following ratio of components, g / l: Ammonium molybdate 8-10 Sulfuric acid 1.1-1.46 Acetic acid 105-147 The precipitation process is carried out at pH 2.8-3.0, temperature 20-60 ° С and current density 70-94 A / dm for 30 minutes. As anode, use pay y. By reducing the current density, black-and-blue coatings are obtained with tinge colors and metallic
блеском, то же самое наблюдаетс при изменении концентрации кислот.gloss, the same is observed when the acid concentration changes.

и коррозионной стойкости чистого молибдена.and the corrosion resistance of pure molybdenum.
Before deposition of the coatings, the substrate is degreased with carbon tetrachloride and ethyl alcohol, etched in sulfuric acid and washed with distilled water (copper is etched in a 10% solution for 3-5 tons at room temperature, titanium in 60% at room temperature for 5-8 min).
The table shows the composition and mode of electrolysis of the proposed electrolyte.
