Abstract

Housing for a gearwheel drive comprises a part which transmits the bearing forces to the base plate, and a housing (10) which completely encompasses the part (1) but in a contact-free manner. The components of a sealing or spring (13) nature located between the base plate and the housing (9) are either principally of a nature to withstand bending or torsion (apart from their sealing and housing support functions). Alternatively they can be of the rubber elastic non-metal sealing type, subject to pressure, or functionally divided between pressure affected rubber parts and bending or torsion subjected metal spring components. The sealing of the housing to shafts can be by means of metal spring bellows, metal, non-metal ring or pot-shaped components.

(54) КОРПУС ДЛЯ ЗУБЧАТОЙ ПЕРЕДАЧИ(54) SPEED TRANSMISSION CASE

Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению , а именно к зубчатым передачам. Известен корпус дл  зубчатой передачи , содержащий основание, жестко св зан ные с ним опорные конструкции подшипников , кожух и опорно-уплотн ющие эластичные элементы дл  св зи кожуха с основанием и опорными конструкци ми подшипников l. Недостатком данной передачи  вл етс  малый срок службы и ненадежность уплот нени  из-за использовани  в качестве опор кожуха на основание и опорные кон- струкции подшипников, опорно-уплотн ющих эластичных элементов. Цель изобретени  - повышение срока службы и надежности уплотнений. Дл  достижени  этой цели корпус зубчатой передачи снабжен другими элемента ми, св зывающими кожух с основанием и опорными конструкци ми подшч пников. На фиг. 1 изображен корпус зубчатой передачи, вид спереди; на фиг. 2 - разрез А-А фиг. 1; на фиг. 3 - узел уплотнени  вала; на фиг. 4 - вариант уплотнени  соединени . Опорные конструкции подшипников выполненм в виде двух горизонтально напра вленных стоек 1 и 2, а,- также из обеспечивающих жесткость поперечных т г 3. В гнездах 4 и 5 подшипников устанавливаютс  малое зубчатое колесо 6 н большое зубчатое колесо 7. Опорные конструкции подшипников закреплены на основании 8. Кожух 9 окружает со всех сторон опорные конструкции подшипника и опираетс  через пружин щие, служащие дл  герметизации масл ного поддона lO, упругие элементы 11 на основание 8 и через упругие элементы 12 на опорные конструкции подшипников. Опорно-уплотн ющие элеаменты состо т из эластичного чашеобразного элемента 13, который одним торцем прикреплен к кожуху 9, а другим - к муфте 14, в которую входит уплотнительное кольцо.This invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely gearing. Bearing support structures are made in the form of two horizontally directed struts 1 and 2, and, also, of transverse t-rigs providing rigidity. In the bearing seats 4 and 5, a small gear wheel 6 n large gear wheel 7 is mounted. Bearings supporting structures are fixed on the base 8. The casing 9 surrounds the bearing support structures on all sides and rests through the spring-loaded lO for sealing the oil pan, the elastic elements 11 on the base 8 and through the elastic elements 12 on the bearing supporting structures. The support-sealing elements consist of an elastic cup-shaped element 13, which is attached at one end to the casing 9, and the other end to the sleeve 14, which includes a sealing ring.
