Description

(54) METHOD OF ABRASIVE TREATMENT

Claims (1)

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for the abrasive treatment of viscous metals such as aluminum and alloys based on it. A known method of abrasive treatment of products made of a viscous metal, during which the adhesion agent l is introduced into the cutting zone. The disadvantage of this method is the low tool life and the considerable roughness of the treated surface. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of processing. For this, an organic emulsion of silicon containing 25-28% silica is used as an anti-adhesive agent. Comparative tests of sulfurized paraffin and silicone emulsions as anti-adhesion agents showed that when grinding a DI alloy with an abrasive wheel, the characteristics of 63С25С1К6 resistant bone increased about 4 times and the roughness decreased by 2 classes. The implementation of the invention improves the quality of the surface to be machined and the productivity of the treatment by reducing the number of edits of the tool. The Invention Method for the abrasive treatment of viscous metal products, during which an anti-adhesive agent is introduced into the cutting zone, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of processing, silicone emulsion containing 25-28% silica is used as an anti-adhesive agent. .
